Patio™ NIPT Detection Kit is the first certified product (Class III IVD, MFDS) for screening of fetal chromosomal abnormalities from maternal blood sample. Multiplex analysis of Down, Edward, and Patau syndromes in a single test can be conducted with the product using one step Real-time PCR. A software MeltingArrayTM NIPT Analyzer for automatic result interpretation makes the result analyses simple and fast. Result can be obtained within 4 hours. The test has high sensitivity can detect 5% of fetal DNA fraction in maternal DNA background.
